In January 2025, I launched Comptronics.in, an operational business bridging the gap between affordable computing and high-quality technical hardware. We specialize in refurbished laptops, used computers, and essential accessories.

The System Architecture

While my background is heavily software-driven, building an e-commerce operation involves an entirely different class of logistical and operational systems:

• Multi-Channel Fulfillment: Scaling operations across our proprietary Comptronics.in storefront while simultaneously integrating and selling heavily through major third-party aggregators like Flipkart.
• Hardware Quality Control: Developing standardized testing and refurbishment pipelines to ensure consistent quality for used tech.
• Product Evolution: Actively planning the scaling phase to move beyond retail and into proprietary product building and white-labeling hardware solutions under the Comptronics umbrella.

This venture has been an incredible exercise in merging software automation with real-world physical inventory and marketplace execution.
